Role Overview
They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Solicitor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a newly qualified solicitor or someone with up to 3 years of post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
Draft and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
Conduct title checks, searches, and due diligence.
Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records using our case management system.
Requirements
Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales (NQ – 3 years PQE).
Experience in residential conveyancing (including during training).
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and client care skills.
A proactive and team-oriented approach.
