Role: Research Project Manager
Salary: $65,000 to $70,000
Location: New York City – Hybrid working with 2 to 3 days per week in the office

Our client is a leading provider of qualitative feedback and business intelligence for the investment community is seeking a Research Project Manager to join its Operations team. This role is central to ensuring the efficient execution and commercial delivery of global survey projects. The successful candidate will contribute to planning, coordination, and delivery of data-driven insights for financial professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
- Support the development and execution of project plans and schedules.
- Track project status, manage overlaps, and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate survey execution.
Technical Operations:
- Operate internal systems (e.g., Qlik, Hubspot) to manage survey workflows.
- Ensure smooth technical delivery of operational processes.
Client Engagement:
- Communicate survey methodology and voting processes to external stakeholders.
- Encourage participation and maintain a professional client-facing approach.
Database Operations:
- Cleanse and validate demographic data to ensure participant eligibility.
- Maintain accurate contact records in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with database and project teams to uphold data quality.
Survey Results Management:
- Assist in preparing and publishing survey results.
- Review data for errors, trends, and completeness.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a research project management role.
- Strong planning, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with creative problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in client service is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with financial markets is advantageous
