My client is a leading global e-commerce company seeking an experienced 3PL Logistics Business Development Manager to join their team in Greece on a remote basis.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in Business Development within Logistics and Warehousing (preferably with 3PL Management).

Responsibilities
- Manage and develop productive relationships with local logistics and warehousing providers to ensure optimal service levels.
- Responsible for the strategic planning and execution of all fulfilment and logistics operations to maintain business continuity.
- Optimise logistics and warehousing solutions to provide cost-effective logistics opportunities while ensuring stable business operations.
- Support overseas logistics team to optimise business processes and handle daily exceptions to ensure smooth operation.
- Analyse operations and propose innovative solutions to further optimise delivery processes and cost savings.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a leading logistics and warehousing company, preferably with 3PL management experience in a top e-commerce logistics company.
- Experience in e-commerce customer projects is preferred.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Greek (Required).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage logistics during periods of high demand.
- Excellent problem solving skills, strategic thinking and ability to adapt quickly.
- Negotiation skills to manage relationships with suppliers.
