Financial Adviser – Cambridge (Existing Client Base)
Location: Cambridge / Surrounding Areas (Hybrid) – Open to advisers based in or looking to relocate to the Cambridge area.
Salary: £40,000 – £65,000 + Bonus + Uncapped Earnings

Overview
We are working with an established wealth management firm looking to recruit an experienced Financial Adviser in Cambridge to support clients across the local and the surrounding region.
This role offers access to an existing client base, alongside ongoing lead flow and full paraplanning and administrative support. It is well suited to advisers who want to focus on client delivery and relationship management while continuing to grow their portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored financial advice to high-net-worth clients across investments, pensions, tax planning and estate planning
- Manage and develop an existing client portfolio while identifying opportunities for growth
- Deliver high-quality advice in line with regulatory requirements
- Work closely with paraplanning and support teams to ensure efficient client delivery
- Contribute to new business activity through referrals and networking
- Attend client meetings across Cambridge and surrounding areas
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Financial Adviser / Wealth Adviser
- Level 4 Diploma qualified (essential)
- Progress towards Level 6 / Chartered status (desirable)
- Experience advising high-net-worth or complex clients
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally
