Our client is a UK-based, family-run manufacturer and supplier of high-end bespoke interior design products. With offices and showrooms in Chelsea, London, they design, supply, and fit custom products for a UK customer base, with plans for regional and global expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team KPIs.
• Oversee the implementation of new sales processes and ensure consistent adoption.
• Manage pre-delivery client care issues to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Support employee development through structured training processes.
• Ensure disciplined and effective use of CRM systems across the team.
• Manage the sales administration team for smooth operations.
• Prepare and analyse sales performance reports to support decision-making.
• Oversee workload distribution, team handovers, and operational efficiency.
• Update email templates and maintain resources to reflect process changes.
• Act as the point of contact for external suppliers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales team management.
• Knowledge of interior design products or furniture is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills to inspire and guide a team.
• Experience managing team KPIs, targets, and objectives.
• Flexible and adaptable approach suitable for an agile business environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Confidence in using CRM systems (preferably HubSpot or similar).
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on management.
