Responsibilities
Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote industry events, including email marketing, social media, digital advertising, and content marketing.
Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling event messaging, promotional materials, and content that resonates with the target audience.
Manage and optimise event marketing budgets, ensuring a high return on investment.
Analyse campaign performance and use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve results.
Coordinate with the events team to ensure seamless communication and alignment between marketing efforts and event planning.
Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, sponsors, and media to enhance event visibility.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for event promotion.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in an events marketing role (preferably in financial events or a similar sector)
Degree educated or equivalent qualification
Passion for marketing and a strong interest in the financial services industry.
Experience crafting persuasive messages and creating engaging content.
Experience working with content creation and design tools such as Canva
Experience with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Marketo or other tools (desirable).
Knowledge and experience working with databases and CRM systems
Data-driven and enjoys using analytics to optimise marketing strategies.
