As a seasoned Recruiter and Headhunter, Aslam worked with some of the world’s most renowned businesses, at various stages of growth from startup and scale-up, to enterprise level, working in partnership with leaders to solve complex hiring challenges swiftly and efficiently. Aslam is an expert in hiring leaders into interim and permanent roles. He has a track record of working at pace to respond to the most challenging hiring demands.
Before co-founding MI Select Aslam took an active leadership role in a boutique recruitment business, where he ran and managed a highly successful interims desk appointing finance, marketing, and technology leaders, trusted by world-leading organisations and recognised brands.
James is a highly skilled Executive Search and Contingency Recruiter with over 30 years experience in a variety of sectors, including Financial Services.
He previously helped build, from start up, a highly successful Recruitment business and is now excited to launch a new Search firm with a focus on Tech and Insurance.
